Sushi Night In Caye Caulker
Toshiya Tsujimoto, the owner of the Japanese Sushi Bar Jyoto in San Pedro was the guest chef at Pasta Per Caso in Caye Caulker on Sunday night!
Instead of the prix fixe menu of the previous sushi events in Caye Caulker, Toshiya created a smaller version of his restaurant menu for this event.
From his delicious Korean BBQ pork belly to a selection of sushi rolls and sashimi. To top of this excellent menu, Toshi offered Japanese cheese cake for dessert.
