Best Bars To Watch The Super Bowl in Caye Caulker
Game day is almost here and while you are contemplating where to watch the game, we want to share our favorites and the best bars to watch the Super Bowl in Caye Caulker.
The championship game will be played between the Los Angeles Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals on February 13, 2022, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, the home stadium of the Rams.
But you don’t have to be in California for a great Super Bowl Party!
Here are the best bars to watch the Super Bowl in Caye Caulker and enjoy the game day party!
1. Barrier Reef Sports Bar
The No.1 option for watching the Super Bowl LVI is the Sports Bar. You can choose between watching the game inside the bar on 4 HDTV’s or on the beachside patio on a 65” HDTV.
Along with tons of food specials, such as $1 wings, 2-for-1 hot dogs, BBQ ribs and chicken, the Sports Bar will have bucket specials (7 for $35), draft pitchers for $25, $4 rum punch, and $8 tequila shots.
Barrier Reef Sports Bar will be open all day. Tailgating starts at 1pm until kick-off at 5:30pm.
The Sports Bar is located on the beach a few steps north of San Pedro Express Water Taxi.
It’s always a great party at the Sports Bar, so be there early to save your seat!
2. Tapper's Dive Bar
Tapper’s will open at 10am and the Super Bowl party will go all day! They will offer Belikin bucket specials and chicken wings along with other game day specials. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 7pm.
Tapper’s is smaller than the Sports Bar, but they claim to be the bar with the most TV’s on the island, so you can find a seat with a good view of one of the multiple TV’s! Choose between watching the game inside the bar, or on the upstairs patio.
If you decide to watch at Tapper’s, you can make a reservation for game day and don’t forget to buy your square to win!
Tapper’s Dive Bar is on Calle Al Sol, between Hibisca Restaurant and Food Republic.
3. Reef View Restaurant & Beach Bar
Located on Playa Asuncion, Reef View is a great spot for live music events.
On Sunday Reef View will have a Super Bowl party with a Happy Hour from 3pm to 8pm and free Bocas such as popcorn, chips and salsa.
They will offer their full dinner menu in addition to their weekly Sushi Sunday special while you watch the game on their big screen.
But Reef View will not only have the game on, they will also have live reggae music on the roof including post game entertainment!
4. The Lazy Lizard
The Lazy Lizard, located at The Split, is less of a sports bar, but in a great location on the island.
That’s why we wanted to add it to the Super Bowl party list and recommend the Lazy Lizard for a fun pre-game party.
The game day party starts as early as 9am at the Lazy Lizard with a 6-for-$25 Landshark bucket special and $1.50 wings.
